The HZTZ T40 is a 4-inch desktop thermal label printer built for high-volume dispatch. With print speeds up to 160mm/s and over 5,000 labels per hour, it's made for e-commerce fulfilment, logistics and warehouse operations that need to clear large label runs quickly and reliably. It prints without ink, ribbons or toner — load thermal label stock and go.

Built for volume

At 160mm/s, the T40 keeps pace with busy dispatch desks and peak-season order runs, printing more than 5,000 labels an hour. It takes large paper rolls up to 127mm in diameter, so you reload far less often than a compact unit — important when you're labelling at scale.

Print without ink

As a direct thermal printer, the only consumable is the label roll itself — no cartridges, ribbons or toner to reorder. That keeps ongoing costs down and maintenance simple, which matters most on a machine running high daily volumes.

Full 4-inch width
